Thank you for a great 2007 event - we raised $100,000!

The Jordyn Dukelow Memorial Guild (JDM Guild)
began in the summer of 1999.
Friends approached Jordyn’s parents; Chris & Jana Dukelow with the idea
of starting a guild in Jordyn’s memory. And so we began...

Jordyn lost her battle with brain cancer shortly before her fifth birthday. When she was three years old, the physicians at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center diagnosed her with a primitive neuro-ectodermal tumor (pnet) in the medullablastoma family. A large, cancerous tumor was found in her brain and had spread to her spine. Over a two-year period, she courageously endured three craniotomies, a stem-cell transplant, high-dose chemotherapy, radiation, various and numerous small surgeries and frequent in-patient visits at Children’s.
There is meaning behind the rainbow logo we chose. When Jordyn was about 4, and bald as a billiard ball, she said to Mom one day - "Mommy, when my hair grows back, I'd like it to be rainbow colored". I would imagine she has the most gorgeous rainbow hair right now. So, whenever you see a rainbow.......think of Jordyn. We do.
